Flatwoods Monster Tea Blend

The Flatwoods Monster Blend is a unique peppermint and ginger rooibos blend, inspired by the colors on the monster (or rather, alien) itself. Spicy red rooibos blends beautifully with peppermint and a touch of ginger to represent all of the colors of the monster. Goldenrod, dandelion and mullein work to balance the bold flavors at the forefront and sweeten things up just a bit, finishing off a truly distinctive and refreshing caffeine-free tea. The monster that landed in Braxton County, West Virginia in the 1950s was a 12 foot tall metallic suit with a green "dress", a circular red face, a green spade-shaped headdress and glowing yellow eyes. Eyewitnesses to the Flatwoods Monster reported violent stomach upset for weeks after the incident, and many attribute the nausea to mild radiation sickness courtesy of the alien craft.
