Hekate's Tea Blend

This beautiful indigo tea is the perfect warm tea to aid mindfulness and sleep. Filled with herbs to help you relax and visualize, Hekate’s tea is great for meditation, projection and dreamwork. To honor all aspects of the goddess, Hekate’s blend is a wonderfully complex earthy tea, with light floral notes and a bright pop of citrus. For best results, brew a cup after dark and enjoy before an evening mindfulness practice or just before bed.

**Ask your doctor before ingesting any herbs you're unsure about. Mugwort should not be ingested by those allergic to ragweed, pregnant or trying to get pregnant. Valerian root is an effective sedative, and can cause daytime drowsiness. Exercise plenty of caution when ingesting prescribed sedatives or alcohol and Hekate’s tea blend, it can exacerbate other drugs’ effects.
