Mabon Brew

from $5.25
In the spirit of the autumn season, the Mabon Brew is a lighter take on seasonal favorites. Rather than the hearty pumpkin of the Samhain Draught, the Mabon Brew uses refreshing, local West Virginia grown apples brewed with a bright black tea and every autumnal spice you can imagine. Though Mabon has already passed, this cider-like tea is as crisp as those early fall mornings to help reminisce on that part of of the year.

To brew: Combine 12 ounces of water and the desired amount of tea in a small pot and bring them to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer mixture for 10-12 minutes. (You may want to crush some of the apples for more of a cider-like drink.) Next, strain out the tea and add more warm water if needed. Make sure you have 8 ounces of liquid for every teaspoon of loose tea you brewed, unless you're going for an extra strong brew!

1/2 ounces: 8 servings
1 ounce: 17 servings

Every ingredient is 100% organic and sustainably sourced and packaged in 100% reusable or home compostable packaging (including the labels!) Every order is made by hand in small batches, in a sterile environment and includes many homegrown and foraged herbs from my home! I hope you love this tea as much as I loved making them for you!
